The building, which opened in 2013 and hosts SIF Otomotiv’s sales and marketing operations for JCB construction equipment, is used as an administrative center and service facility.
Polarkon carried out all the roof and facade constructions and cladding after the reinforced concrete work. The most important element highlighting the architectural design is the use of the space frame roof system as an element carrying the glass covering on the facade. This has created a spacious and bright space in the entrance hall.
The cladding glass (trombe) wall designed on the south facade of the building has given the project a contemporary, eco-friendly, and sustainable character. The building has been constructed and certified in accordance with LEED certification criteria.
